Zero is an anomaly. He is a fully trained, fully housebroken, friendly, outgoing and social dog. So why is a wonderful dog like Zero in rescue? Well, mostly because Zero was born unable to hear - although that hasn't hampered his ability to "listen." Professionally trained, Zero responds to sit, stay, down, come, back up, quiet, and walks perfectly on a leash. Zero does have some problems, he startles at night, he can't sit on people's laps, and he can't hear. But he CAN respond to commands, he can give tons of love and affection and he can be the best dog you have ever owned. |
