12/13/09 Results of the Zeppelin's DNA test is in! Zeppelin is the following breeds! over 75% Boxer 10-19% Boston Terrier 10-19% Chow Chow Who would have thunk it! Yay DNA Testing!!! 2/10/09 Zeppelin is a dog as big as his name. He’s a boxer and maybe a mastiff or dane mix. He isn’t HUGE – just big. He’s a sweet boy and loves people. Being a mixed breed has it's advantages. He is more equipt for colder or warmer weather. His nose is a little longer to deal with more temperatures. He is less likely to have many of the health issues associated with purebred dogs. Not to mention Zeppelin is MUCH calmer than most Boxers his age. He is a big boy and could be overwhelming to small children unless they’re used to ponies… I mean, big dogs… Zeppelin wasn’t aggressive with the cat he met – just a little too interested in playing with it. If you’re looking for a family companion – someone to play and hike and take to soccer games, please consider Zeppelin. He’s looking for you too! |
