Adoption Requirements: • You must be 21 years of age • All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information) • We do not place female boxers with other female dogs • Attendance at a professionally run obedience course is a requirement of adoption! • We do not adopt out dogs as gifts • All pets are family companions! |

Vino is a very curious dog. He's not really sure what's going on in his life right now, but he is sure that he wants to know what it is. Vino seems to take everything in stride. He is cautious for about a second, then he is off again with his boxer nub wiggling and shaking. Vino was displaced when his family lost their home. He ended up at the local shelter where he was terrified - hiding in the back of the kennel until someone came in and sat quietly. As soon as he didn't feel threatened, Vino tossed caution to the wind and climbed right up on their lap, smothering their face with kisses. In fact, at 60+ pounds, Vino has no idea that he isn't a lap dog. No one ever told him. |
