Adoption Requirements: • You must be 21 years of age • All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information) • We do not place female boxers with other female dogs • Attendance at a professionally run obedience course is a requirement of adoption! • We do not adopt out dogs as gifts • All pets are family companions! |

Timon, just like the meercat from the Lion King for which he was named, is cute as can be. Also like his namesake, he is bossy and in charge. Timon likes to be the leader of the dogs - telling them where to go and what to do. With people Timon tends to be a little shy and submissive. He would not do well in a home with lots of activity and noise. Timon is a shy little cuddle bunny, but if something g startles him, he will run and hide. He needs to be in a family that is comfortable putting him in a crate when their gone and having a crate available for him to hide in when he needs too. Timon needs basic obedience to build up his confidence and self-esteem. The family that adopts him will need to commit to training. |
