Adoption Requirements: • You must be 21 years of age • All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information) • We do not place female boxers with other female dogs • Attendance at a professionally run obedience course is a requirement of adoption! • We do not adopt out dogs as gifts • All pets are family companions! |
Snow White has lost her 7 dwarves but not her loving disposition. She is a puppy at heart and LOVES to play with other dogs. She has been bounced around a lot before finding Boxers and Buddies and we’re determined to place her in her forever home. She is beautiful, sweet and a GREAT dog. She is also deaf. It’s interesting to me, the proud owner of two hearing impaired dogs, how important being able to hear is to potential dog owners.
My dogs never bark when the neighbor dogs bark. They sleep through the night even when it’s windy. Thunder doesn’t bother them AT ALL. They sit, down, stay, come, walk on a leash and (most times) are better behaved then my hearing dog. |

She can still “listen” to hand signals and “hear” her commands. Deaf dogs have a MUCH better attention span than hearing dogs too.
