Oscar is still waiting for his forever home. He is a sweet dog, very loving, crate trained and housebroken. He currently stays ion a foster home with 4 other small dogs and 1 large dogs (and several birds) and gets along great with everyone. His foster mom reports that he’s even started hiking off leash and is doing great staying with the “pack”.

It amazes us that this little boy is still waiting for someone to love him. He’s a great small dog – not barky or yippy or nippy. He’s a cuddle bunny and just wants to hang out with you and be loved. So what’s wrong with Mr. Oscar?

When he was about 7 months old he was mounting a female and someone kicked him, breaking the small bone in his penis. We had surgery to correct the problem and straighten the bone, however the tip of his penis sticks out of the sheath. To make sure it stays healthy, the tip has to stay moist and needs manual lubrication a couple times a week. It isn't a big deal but this fact turns off most adopters. It's really too bad, they're missing out on an awesome dog.
