May 25, 2007

Today is a day that will be remember for the tragedy it held. An unauthorized person took Lil' Bit in a vehicle, unsecured and unsafe, and proceeded to allow her to jump from the window . Once Lil' Bit jumped from the vehicle, the unauthorized person then ran over her with the car.

Leaving her to die in the middle of the street, the unauthorized person then drove back to the kennel to admit what she had done and point out the location of the poor, injured puppy.

Even during the rush to the emergency vet, it was apparent that Lil' Bit's life had ended.

At this time, we're pursuing charges for animal endangerment, animal abuse and animal neglect.

A puppy's life was tragically ended due to neglect and irresponsibility.

Lil' Bit is a wonderful, sweet, loving and energetic puppy. She loves people and attention and gets along well with all other dogs - large and small.

Lil' Bit is a PUPPY - that means she needs someone with the time and dedication to train her. She is learning her housebreaking and what makes an appropriate chew toy. She should go to puppy school and needs a lifelong commitment to training and socialization.

If you're looking for a life-long companion, someone to go everywhere and do everything with you, stop right now and fill out an adoption application for Lil' Bit. She is waiting to go home!
