Karma is very special. She survived being attacked last year at
an adoption event.  She then got dumped in the animal shelter by her first real family because she chased their cat. While in the shelter she was shot in the leg with a bb gun. In the panic that ensued, she tore her ACL. She recovered from both injuries without any problems. It seemed, for a while, that Karma's karma was finally on the right track, as she was adopted by a man with a 13 year old boxer and got to live the life of Riley!

One day recently, while in foster care, she saw her 13 year old boxer "sister" Sadie fall into the pool and sink to the bottom. Without a second though, Karma jumped in after her! She started swimming in circles around the area where Sadie fell in to alert the owner that she was in distress.  Karma saved Sadie's life as her owner looked out the back window and saw Karma was splashing around in the pool. He was able to dive in and save Sadie from drowning thanks to Karma's heroic efforts.

You would think a dog that performed a feat such as Karma would be treasured for life... but that's not how it worked out. Karma's foster home was disturbed that she might have pit bull in her, and decided that they didn't want her after all. She was, once again, back in a shelter.

Karma has been hurt over and over again by people and by other dogs and yet she is the most gentle creature you could possibly meet and even saves lives! She is mellow, and sweet, and
kind to children and all dogs she meets.

Life has been nothing but a let down to Karma.  And it's time that
changed.

I want some good Karma in my life
