Adoption Requirements: • You must be 21 years of age • All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information) • We do not place female boxers with other female dogs • Attendance at a professionally run obedience course is a requirement of adoption! • We do not adopt out dogs as gifts • All pets are family companions! |

Carlisle's adoption fee is $400.00 If you can't afford Carlisle's adoption fee, you can't afford Carlisle! English Bulldogs are a VERY expensive breed to care for. Please do not apply unless you're serious about adopting! |

Carlisle (Lyle) is an English Bulldog. He was found wandering the streets as a stray. He waited paitently, day after day, for his owners to come find him and bail him out od doggie prision. The longer he stayed, the more depressed and tired he became. When we finally got him out of doggie "hock", he was so stressed from being in the shelter that he had caught a doggie cold. Due to his illnesses, he hasn't been introduced to any new dogs, so we don't know how he gets along with them yet. He needs a very responsible owner. English Bulldogs have many medical problems and vet bills can add up. |
