Adoption Requirements: • You must be 21 years of age • All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information) • We do not place female boxers with other female dogs • Attendance at a professionally run obedience course is a requirement of adoption! • We do not adopt out dogs as gifts • All pets are family companions! |

Aspen is a great dog. She is happy, playful and very personable. Aspen loves people of all ages and sizes and her number 1 problem is that PLAY is her #1priority! If you're looking for a hiking companion, running compaion or just a dog to buddy around town with, look no further than Aspen. Aspen was found as a stray and picked up by a high kill shelter. She waiting out her time, hoping a family would choose her. It's hard for us, as loved and wanted humans, to imagine what it must feel like to sit on a cold cement floor in a nosy kennel. The smell of urine and feces and frightened animals makes you almost sick. Each person that walks by could be your salvation - but they keep walking. You watch the animals around |

you get adopted one by one. But it's never your turn. Luckily for Aspen, a volunteer took pity on her and contacted Boxers and Buddies and provided transport 1/2 way so we could take possession of her and another life be saved. Don't let Aspen wait any longer, she deserves better. |
